Peer Review Process

International Journal of Indigenous Herbs and Drugs obeys the Peer Review Guidelines according to the followings,

  1. COPE with Ethical Guidelines for Peer Reviewers
  2. ICMJE Recommendations
  3. Recommendations on Publication Ethics Policies for Medical Journals
  4. Open Access Scholarly Publishers Association

Manuscripts that will not be considered for further processing and will be rejected within a week if the received Manuscripts Includes include:

  • Manuscripts out of the aim and scope of the journal
  • Manuscripts with plagiarism
  • Scientifically weak manuscripts or those just presenting primary data
  • Manuscripts with poor English writing

Before Submitting the Manuscript Authors are requested to prepare the manuscript according to the journal guidelines, before submission of the manuscript, the author needs to verify the journal guidelines and Policies, IJIHD Takes a stand for publishing high-quality research articles, for that we follows In-depth review process.

Once the Manuscript is Received for Publication, we will be maintained it as confidential documents. No one can communicate with Authors personally by email or call.

IJIHD- International Journal of Indigenous Herbs and Drugs is followed the double-blinded peer-review process, at the time of submission, authors can recommend Two experts in the particular fields, those who are in Academics (or) Research, Selection of Reviewers is completely dependents on the Chief editor, Chief editor maintain the review process based n the academic standards and ensure the validity of individual works submitted for publication.

In this process, experts in the relevant fields, analyze the scholarly work from every perception, including its writing, the accuracy of its technical content, its documentation, and its impact on and implication to the discipline.

Reviewers play a pivotal role in scholarly publishing, and their valuable opinions certify the quality of the article under thoughtfulness. Peer review helps to approve research, establishing a standard for evaluation within research communities. Further, the standard Review Process shall take a Minimum of 7-8 Weeks.
